I celebrated Earth Day by hiking up to the top of Eighty Mountain on Sunday. The trail is rather woody as it is not one of the popular trails in the Gomez Peak Trail System. Good boots and a strong walking stick is highly recommended. Nice views from the top. You can take two ways about half way down the mountain via the Mountain Loop.
